Royal Dornoch

Ranked #5 in the World and #1 in Scotland, the Championship Course at Royal Dornoch Golf Club is highly acclaimed for good reason. Officially formed in 1877, golf was played on the famed land that forms the famous links long before its official formation. The original course was only 9 holes and in 1886, the club invited Old Tom Morris to visit Dornoch and begin the designs for a full 18 hole course. Earning its Royal designation in 1906 from King Edward VII, Royal Dornoch Golf Club remains true to its small town roots and creates a very relaxed and welcomed environment for visitors around the world.
